Karen Monroe has driven ACOE into the ground with staff morale really bottomed out. The only hope for the students they service is for new leaders to come in and clean house because the miasma is deep there. The A.C. board of education does not seem interested in the situation so hopefully an election can help out.
L. Karen Monroe seems intent on rewarding the managers she apparently has supporting her and not caring about the student population they service, many of whom are the most underserved students in the county.
